Headspace is not specifically for test anxiety, but it can be a great addition to any teen’s study skills toolbox. Most teens I teach or tutor have never meditate d. That’s not surprising. What does surprise me, however, is that few teens have even one coping mechanism for stress. Deep breathing, exercise, journaling, and other activities designed to slow or distract the anxious mind help. – Laura Link
